In which countries is it possible to shop online?

Currently you can shop from Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and United Kingdom. We are working hard to launch our e-shop as soon as possible to the rest of the countries in the world! How many languages is it possible to browse in?

TCNBARCELONA.COM is available for browsing in English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.

Are the e-shop prices the same as those in my usual TCN store?

Prices in the e-shop are our recommended retail prices. These prices coincide with those in our retail shops, but not necessarily with those tagged by multibrand distributors. In the event of any difference between the prices shown on the website and those tagged on the hangtag on the clothes, the correct price will be the one shown on the purchase ticket.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences from garment to garment.

How can I receive information about TCN’s latest new products, news and offers?

We want to keep you in the loop: subscribe to our newsletter and you will receive information on our latest products, events and lookbooks.

Can I cancel my TCN Newsletter subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the unsubscribe button in any of our newsletters.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section by clicking in “Forgot your password?”. You will receive an email with your new password.

How do I know that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, go to the "order history and details" section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email you received.

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

We have a strong commitment to only sell and deliver garments with the finest quality. In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, American Express y Paypal.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
  • You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Can I include my company’s details on my invoice?

Yes. Simply include in the business option during the check-out process the name of the company and the tax identification number we require.

DELIVERY

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.), but never at a PO Box.

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I track my order?

Yes, in the "order history and details" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.

RETURNS

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Returns are always free.

How do I return an item?

Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in our brick and mortar stores.
The moment you receive your order you will find, inside the delivery box, the necessary instructions you must fallow if you wish to return or exchange a product:

  • Access your personal TCN account from the web: www.tcnbarcelona.com
  • Go to your order list and select the order you would like to exchange or return. Once you have opened the order, click on the option to return or exchange the item
  • Select the products you would like to exchange or return and leave us a comment explaining why
  • Click on the button to request the return

If you have any doubts, please contact our customer services via our web mail.

Remember that the Items must be in perfect condition and be accompanied by their corresponding receipt. Please remember that the receipt is essential for returning or exchanging items.

For hygienic purposes, the protective sticker on intimate apparel and swimwear should not be removed from the garment.

If possible, please return the items in their original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, be sure to package the products so that they are not damaged during transport.

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment. This is in addition to your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
If the recipient of the TCN products is not the person who paid for them, the funds will be reimbursed to the person who made the payment.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and label must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a period between 7 and 14 days.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, if you have expressly selected a delivery mode other than the least expensive ordinary delivery mode, TCN will not refund the additional costs you have incurred in this respect.

Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact our customer service through our web mail and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
TCN reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my products?

Yes. To exchange an item, you must follow the same process as the return, but please indicate in the comments that you would like an exchange and not a return. Changes are subject to stock availability of the model, size and colour desired.

How long do I have to make an exchange?

All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
Remember that it is only possible to exchange items once.
